Pomegranate was widely cultivated throughout the Mediterranean and ‘Turkish Delight’ played an integral part in many festive social gatherings. The sharp notes from the vibrant pomegranate compliment the thick softness of the sweet ‘delight’ to provide a wonderful feast for the eyes as well as the mouth. More recently Pomegranate has become known for its high levels of antioxidants and vitamin C. These properties are preserved in our gentle cooking process.
